Cheers to 2024

Usually I post this leading up to the new year but 2024 had a busy end to it. Work, family visits, general laziness (<- that’s probably the biggest culprit) and here we are on January 2nd.

As I said at the end of 2023, I didn’t go out adventuring as much as I would’ve liked to due to a knee injury (don’t get me started on the Canadian healthcare system that the world thinks is so great…) but I did take some pretty amazing trips and still made the most of my time.

With that said, here’s my 2024 year in review through my lens…

Pond Hockey

Despite common misconception, it often does not get cold enough in Vancouver to go ice skating outdoors in the winter. This is a rare occurrence.

A Weekend in Prince George, BC – Kiwanis Ale Fest

I had the opportunity to fly up to Prince George for the weekend and experience some amazing food, beer and outdoor activities they have to offer.
